MALLJOOMLA.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') applicable to members of the services operated and provided by MallJoomla.com. Applicants (referred to as 'members') must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. In the event a member breaches or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions then in addition to any other remedy available to MallJoomla, MallJoomla may terminate the participation of such member in the service and/or may withhold any payments relating to participation in the service due to such member from MallJoomla.

Seller policy

• As the Seller you must retain proper legal rights (including copyrights) for ALL posted items to sell. If the seller is found in violation their account may be subject to termination.

• A commission of 10% shall be charged by MallJoomla on all item sales to help cover our administrative and maintenance costs. An additional 2.9% shall also be charged to cover the paypal transaction fees.

• All agreements are between the buyer and seller, MallJoomla’s job is to bring the two parties together and provide customer assistance along with conflict mediation when needed.

• The seller chooses the price for their templates

• Seller is responsible for their templates and making sure they are operational. Buyers money may be refunded if there are consistent problems with a template.

Buyer policy

• Privacy is of the utmost importance we will never redistribute your private information (unless for legal reasons). For further information see privacy policy.

• Must comply with both the sellers and malljoomla’s terms and conditions.

• May not sell or illigally redistribute and template or script sold on malljoomla. If found in violation of this both malljoomla and the seller reserve the right to take legal action.

• The buyer is purchasing the right to be able to use the template/script for one website not multiple websites.

ADVERTISING

You are prohibited from advertising your website on MallJoomla. Any URL that is not for demonstrative purposes posted anywhere on malljoomla.com or help.malljoomla.com will be immediately removed and your account may be suspended. An example of a permissible URL: your portfolio page.
