Why do I receive my order in many parts?
An order you make with Mall Joomla may contain items from more than one seller,
and these sub-orders are separately handled by each seller. That is the reason
you get your items delivered in parts.
What if I get my order in a damaged/bad/doesn’t work/corrupt
condition?
The sellers with Mall Joomla take utmost care in packaging and shipping the
items ordered by you. In the very unlikely event that your order reach you in a
bad/damaged/ doesn’t work/corrupt condition, you can inform the seller and also
the site administrator through our contact page and get authorization from the
seller to send the items back. Here at
Mall Joomla we will do our best to mediate conflict between sellers and buys to
resolve any issue.
How much time will it take to ship my items?
In normal cases, your downloadable items should reach you immediately via email. Items purchased through Google Checkout will
take 24-48 hours to send because it requires manual delivery.
Can I purchase without registering?
No. You need to first register with the site and login to be able to shop with
the site. However, you can browse and compare items even without logging in.
