Yes, one of the beautiful things about MallJoomla is we allow our sellers their own store and custom link based on their user name. This way you as a developer or business can market your store independently of MallJoomla.

How do you make money?
We charge a small 10% commission off every sale to take care of maitenance and administration fees.
To be able to sell your products through Mall Joomla you need to first register with the site as a Seller.
Can I sell products for FREE? Are you taking any charges?
Mall Joomla will be deducting a small percentage of the total order price. This percentage is subject to change from time to time. The current seller commission is 10%. There are no other changes involved.
How will I receive the payments for my delivered orders?
Mall Joomla will pay you monthly if you have accumulated sufficient funds. However if you want an immediate payment you are always free to contact the administrator of the site by going to the 'Mail Admin' section.
What if some of my items do not fit into any of the categories in the site?
If your items do not fall into any of the categories listed in the site, you can request the administrator of the site to create the relevant categories using the 'Mail Admin' section. If the categories are found relevant, the administrator will be adding it for you.
How will I display my portfolio to the users?
You need to have a html portfolio page designed for publishing in the site. If you have any images on the page, please make sure that the image urls are absolute urls.
Do I need to pay for registering with the site as a seller?
No. For becoming a seller you need not pay anything. The handling charges are per order you receive through the site.
What type of products can I sell?
You can sell any products that have to do with Joomla. If there isn't a category for your product simply contact us.
Can I add images to my profile?
Yes. You can add images to and to different pages inside the surveys. The description for your profile allows you to include links or any other HTML code.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All the data is saved in our secure databases and
only you will have access to it. All transactions are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout.
Are the transactions secure?
Yes. All transactions are through secure Google Checkout or PayPal.
There is an Individual product manager panel for each seller. Sellers set their own price, product, shipping etc..
Are we able to offer Digital Products as well as physical product?
Yes you can also offer physical products such as CD's but we DO NOT recommend this due to extra shipping costs.
How do I offer Gift Voucher?
You are able to offer electronic gift certificates redeemable at your stores. It is listed under "Gift Certificate" in your seller backend.
What payment gateways are supported?
We accept PayPal and Google checkout both are very secure methods of payment.
Why does Google checkout take longer to deliver my product?
Products purchased with Google checkout are not sent out immediately, please give 24 hours for them to be delivered, because Google's API doesn't allow us to directly link it to our delivery system.
How do I list my product as a Featured Item?
If you would like your product to be a featured item, when adding your product simply select the Featured Item check mark. If your product already exists, send us a request here with your product name and id number.
How many products can I have in stock?
The most amount you can have in stock is 2,147,483,647 so pretty much un limited. Although, you can also limit the amount of products you want to sell.
- For example if you are selling a special edition template you have the choice to only sell five or ten or just one of them.
